-In Ghana, for example, only 50 percent of children complete grade 5, and of those, less than half can comprehend a simple paragraph.
*According to UNESCO, 61 million primary school-age children were not enrolled in school in 2010.
-Of these kids only 26% left school in less than 8 moths.
*As of 2012, 31 million primary-school pupils worldwide dropped out of school.
*A quality education can break kids in the rural ares of Kenya and Uganda out of the cycle of poverty.
-Having the basic skills to survive in the real world is crucial.
*53% of the world's out-of-school children are girls and 2/3 of illiterate people are women
-Education equality is also a very big problem that co-relates to third world education.
